As part of this, we have launched another channel Toll Free Service as a mobile app, where set of services like Account Balance Enquiry, Gold Loan Inquiry, Account Statement and Cheque Book Request, Debit Card On/Off feature, Post Paid Bill Payment service and Branch list are provided to our customers round the clock.
Most importantly, this feature will help our customers who are not holding Smart Phones / Android phones can also make use of this Toll-Free Service by simply giving a miss call to below designated numbers for a service and a text message will be delivered on registered mobile number with requested information.
