Technology

Adarsh Bank has been an early mover in adopting and deploying appropriate technologies to deliver speedy and qualitative services and improve customer convenience through alternative channels for which the Bank occupies a prominent place among Co-operative Banks.

Core Banking

We have successfully installed Core Banking Software in our Bank and connected the branches with H.O. Server in order to ensure effective control of branch network as well as to facilitate Anywhere Banking for customers.

Rupay Debit Card – Any Bank ATM Access

The Bank took a big leap in technology when it became a member of the National Financial Switch through Sponsor Bank model and issuing Rupay Debit Cards to the customers. This has given our customers wide acceptance of their RuPay Debit Card for POS, e-commerce and cash withdrawal transactions in all ATMs spread over in India under the NFS network. As of 27st Nov 2017 more than 34,621 Rupay and Debit Cards have been issued to our customers enabling them to access their accounts in more than 2,32,294 ATMs throughout the country.

IMPS and Mobile App

Reserve Bank of India has given its approval for launching Mobile Banking. We have launched it on 05-10-2017, full-fledged IMPS with Mobile App

Transaction Alerts through SMS

The Bank is also providing customers the facility to subscribe for SMS banking to receive both push and pull SMS alerts on their registered mobile numbers. Customers have the option of enquiring their balances or mini-statements by sending a SMS to the designated bank mobile number. In addition, alerts are sent instantaneously informing customers of the occurrence of banking transactions involving credits and debits to their accounts including all ATM withdrawals (without threshold limits) POS, Ecom, IMPS, and branch transactions of Rs. 1,000/- and above in Savings accounts and Rs. 3000/- and above in Current Accounts.

Push based services include alerts intimating customers about their standing instructions, maturity dates of their term deposits, due dates of their loan instalments and stock statements, limit expiry dates, etc. and latest updates on the products and services of the Bank. Taking into account the vast penetration of mobile phone services in the country, SMS banking is the most universal, easily accessible, simple to operate and convenient channel.

RTGS, NEFT facilities

Adarsh Bank is providing RTGS and NEFT facilities to customers through Correspondent Banking model. Recently, the Bank became a member of the settlement system and was provided with the IFSC code and has also deployed the relevant technologies to implement these facilities.
