Repairs, alterations and additions to houses/ flats by individuals.

Education , health, social, cultural or other institutions/ centers which are part of a housing project and considered necessary for the development of settlements or townships.

Shopping centres, markets and such other centres catering to day-to-day needs of the residents of the housing colonies and forming part of housing project.

Quantum of Loan

Maximum of Rs. 70 lakhs for purchase/construction/extension of house/flat, etc. Rs. 5lakhs for repairs, renovation, etc

Repayment period

1) Loan period is Max 10 years for above Rs. 5lakhs. (2) Repairs, renovation loan period is Max 5 years for loan below Rs.5 lakhs

Security

Mortgage by deposit of all original title deeds of the property to be financed / Equitable mortgage of the Land and building after completion of construction of house property subject to legal clearance by panel advocate, valuation by panel valuer approved by Board and inspection of the property by authorized officer of the Bank.
